1. complete the information below and click the ‘Search’ button
2. if you have previously provided both your mobile number and email details, you will be asked to select your preferred contact method to receive a secure 6 digit code
3. retrieve the secure 6 digit code sent by text message or email
4. enter the secure 6 digit code into the field on the next screen
5. you will then be able to amend your registered details.
